Delivery
Mainland UK Orders
All our goods are dispatched from our 6600 square foot warehouse.
Products that are ordered before 12pm
Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays are scheduled to be
delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday, and can be delivered
at any time between 8:00am and to 6.00pm. Orders that are taken on a
Friday after 12pm or on a Saturday or Sunday will leave the warehouse on
the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) for scheduled delivery on
Tuesday. Orders taken on Friday before 12pm will be leave the warehouse
on Friday for delivery on the following Monday (excluding Bank
Holidays).
Standard delivery does not guarantee next day delivery
though every effort is made by us and our delivery partners.
Clearly we are reliant on our third party couriers and their service
to us, and whilst we make every effort to maintain our deliver
expectations on occasions and for various reasons our delivery partners
may fail to deliver on the appointed day. This though is an extremely
rare occurrence however we do not accept any responsibility nor can we
be held responsible for late delivery a product or products, and any
costs that may be incurred by a customer through late delivery are the
solely the customers responsibility, as we advocate that it is prudent
to make sure ALL items have been delivered prior to engaging trades
people or contractors.
This comprehensive delivery service is FREE,
with the exception of orders under £75.00 ex VAT where a fee of £10.00
inc VAT will be charged per consignment, with any quantity of goods. For
orders up to £30.00 ex VAT, the delivery charge will be £15.00 inc VAT.
For a small fee you have the option of upgrading your delivery service
to a before 9:00am delivery, a before 10:00am, a before 12:00 noon
delivery or a Saturday delivery.
All consignments are tracked and
for security require a signature on delivery; this guarantees the secure
delivery and safe passage of your goods.
Our shopping cart
defaults to Mainland UK next working day delivery. If you require a
special delivery simply change the Delivery Option as required. The
shipping cost will be automatically calculated. If you are not within
Mainland UK you should follow the instructions below for international
visitors.

individual consignment.
In the event that we are unable to dispatch goods within 1 working
day, we will notify you of the delay.
